Once an order is shipped out it is out of my hands. If you enter an address incorrectly, please contact me immediately so I can change the address on file. If your package is shipped back to me, you will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages however you may ship via priority mail to have insurance to cover your products if you wish to do so.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been shipped. This will include the tracking number for your package.
